ah what a great fresh start. 2011 is going to be a happy year. well that is what my theme is for this year...happiness and joy. let me catch you up with my life. i finish finals(thankfully). they were not all that bad, well besides math. i passed all of my classes so i felt very accomplished with finishing my first semester of college. christmas break was very eventful. the mccleary's from virginia moved home. i love those little boys more than anything. they are so stinking cute. the first time i saw william wade he said, "lexi i have been begging to see you!" honestly? my heart melted. i was blessed to be able to spend the holidays with my family and closest friends. i have to say it was one of the best holidays i have had in quite some time.
school started on the fourth of january. i absolutely LOVE school this semester. new start, new friends, testing center experiences, etc. i am still working on campus which has been a major blessing for me. i love working for the people i work for. even though i have to be there at 8 am every day, it is worth it. i have 5 classes this semester. biology, book of mormon, american heritage, child development, and strengthening marriage and family. they are all seriously amazing. i have actually like going to school and spending hours upon hours reading and learning and studying. hopefully i keep up this attitude until april.
thats pretty much my life right now.
oh i got my wisdom teeth out yesterday. can i just tell you how much i absolutely despise needles. i was not nervous for the after pain of the surgery or anything; i was only terrified of the tiny little needle that he had to stick in my right hand twice. it is okay though, i made it through it alive.
i forgot to tell you some exciting news... i am getting married this year....11/11/11 is the date. well, that has always been the plan. well its been the plan since i can remember at least. its okay that i don't have a fiance or even a boyfriend.but hey, save the date. if i dont get married that day, i will have a big celebration instead. ya. thats the plan.
